They seem to be depreciating very quickly so I am wondering if it is just because it’s an EV or if it has some reliability issues. Does anyone have any experience with it. I would love to get the Tri-motor SQ8 etron but they basically don’t exist. I haven’t seen a single one for sale. So probably sticking with a Q8 etron. I’m hoping that since they have sold it under the etron name since 2019 that they worked out the kinks by 2023."
"Other than a passing mention on this forum, and a reddit thread (which confusingly refers to it as an MMI update), I haven't seen much mention of this at all. Does anybody have it? It requires a visit to an Audi dealer. An update with version 4804 is also mentioned. The main benefit of the update seems to be Google/Apple Maps navigation directions in the HUD, which currently only the built-in Audi sat nav can use. It could also be certain regions only, or being introduced slowly across different regions. Nothing is showing as available in the app for me, but given the reliability of the app this doesn't necessarily mean anything. I'll probably ring my Audi dealer next week to ask about it. #1· Dec 31, 2025"
