I leased my Rivian on June 28th. Around July 21st, the vehicle started to drift to the left. On August 19th, my vehicle started to develop bump steer over uneven road surfaces. I brought my vehicle in for service on August 20th. From August 20th to now, my vehicle has had 3 alignments performed, none of them have been maintained spec. Attached are screenshots/pictures of the alignments. Between the first and second alignment the vehicle was driven about ~50 miles. Between the second and third it was driven about another 50 miles. I do not have exact mileage as Rivian has not released service records to me. My vehicle does not track straight on any surface. In addition, because of the regenerative breaking of the Rivian, when you stop the vehicle it pulls significantly to the right, approximately a half lane for every 75 feet. My concern is that the vehicle cannot maintain an alignment over the course of ~110 miles, does not track straight, exhibits bump steer, and Rivian has no available solve to this behavior.

The half shaft axel on My Rivian R1T broke in under 6000K miles. Rivian tried hard to deny it, but did finally concede and fix it. But upon return there is still something wrong with the drive train.

The car while driving at normal highway speeds announced that there was a high risk of electrocution associated with driving in wet conditions. This was via a red screen in the driver display. Car is 2025 R1T with 15,000 miles on it. Anyway near the vehicle was at risk of being exposed to 400v electricity.

We leased this R1T from Polestar Boston, though we live in Vt, because it was assured to us that in the event of a warranty or recall issue, Polestar Boston would pick up the car and tow to the service center for the repair. Now with this turn signal recall, the gentelman on the phone told me no... that they will not come repair the recall. That if we want it fixed, we have to drive the 4 hours to Boston and they will change the blinkers for us. What legal rights do we have here? thank you

The manufacturer service tech advised that the clevis mount holding the front passenger suspension in place was missing a weld to the frame (the attached work order says it was re-welded, but when asked they said the weld was missing). This resulted in creaking noises through the cab when turning.

You'll love showing off launches to your friends, but no one ever talks about all the solo launches you'll do owning this thing. Definitely have broken my previous land speed record as well. "Consumer Reports and Rivian owners The most recent CR study of cars showed some interesting results: Rivian was the only brand which scored 5/5 in “would you buy again?” question—no other brand earned that high a score. On the other hand, those same owners were brutally honest regarding defects and issues with their cars. The “predicted reliability” scores for R1T and R1S (especially) were not good. For context: This is not JD Power, it’s more or less restricted to CR readers. But the same people who expressed such enthusiasm for buying another Rivian didn’t pull their punches in expressing frustrations and disappointments with their R1. A brand with a broader product line is most likely going to have more noise in their numbers—the fact Rivian is limited currently to the R1 models may provide an advantage in these results. Still, the enthusiasm of the owners bodes well for Rivian. They will be the evangelists for the brand and help boost awareness and positive public image."

What fixed it for ours was the following: \- find an area where you can drive at 20mph or less without any other cars around \- put it in Sport so you can select the lowest suspension setting and drive for about a 1/4 mile \- stop, go to rock crawl mode, choose the highest suspension setting and drive for about a 1/4 mile \- stop, put it back to Sport and the lowest setting - then choose all purpose and standard height Basically this calibrates the suspension by putting it through it's entire range of motion and back I was skeptical this would work but it did. Remember these are computers on wheels and need to be rebooted from time to time. #### Donald Stanfield"

I live in an area with not the best streets - worn, patched up/spliced, grooved, etc. Streets are definitely not the worst I've seen, either. The first 600 miles on my vehicle were amazing. The ride feel was soft, but also tight and solid. The truck would glide over bumps with a solid feel. It was quiet. Between 600-900 miles, I lost that smoothness. Bumps became more jarring, and hitting them resulted in some momentary sloppy steering reaction. Over the last 100 miles, its getting worse, and now I am experiencing more suspension noise and rattling. On smooth roads and on the highway, it still rides as good as day one. This is just on city streets with uneven roads. To qualify what I mean by ride quality - here are the 3 categories I base this on: 1\. Ride feel - increasingly jarring and abrupt, even in moderate or soft modes. Such a rapid departure from my first few week's experience. Anyone else experiencing this?"

I’ve figured out a weird trick - if you leave the Bluetooth audio setting in the entertainment screen and select anything else - like Sirius or FM- it will play audio. Then you go back to your Bluetooth audio and the phone will play audio again. my screen is still laggy as all get out. It’s really bad. And my PAAK now works at random distances too. Sometimes my car opens up at 15 feet away. Sometimes I have to stand next to my door and hold my phone up to the car."
